1999 was the fifth season for the Jacksonville Jaguars and the fourth season for Tom Coughlin as the head coach of the Jaguars. They finished the season 14-2-0 in the regular season and 1-1 in the playoffs eventually losing to the Tennessee Titans 33-14.
