Career Summary

Matt Cavanaugh was a football coach in the National Football League (NFL) from 1994 to 2019, finishing his career as the senior offensive assistant coach of the Washington Redskins. Over his twenty-two years of coaching his teams compiled a cumulative win/loss record of 169-182-1.

Career Awards

During the 2003 season as the offensive coordinator of the Baltimore Ravens he coached Jamal Lewis to the AP Offensive Player of the Year.
