Career Summary

Shane Waldron is a football coach in the National Football League (NFL) and has been the offensive coordinator for the Chicago Bears since 2024. Prior to this season, he coached for the New England Patriots, Washington Redskins, Los Angeles Rams, and Seattle Seahawks for thirteen seasons. His most recent position was with the Seahawks as their offensive coordinator. Waldron was hired as the new offensive passing game coordinator of the Jacksonville Jaguars for the 2025 season.
