Robert Kugler is a football coach in the National Football League (NFL) and has been the assistant offensive line coach for the New England Patriots since 2024. Prior to this season, he coached for the Houston Texans and Carolina Panthers for three seasons. His most recent position was with the Panthers as their assistant offensive line coach. Kugler was hired as the new assistant offensive line coach of the New England Patriots for the 2025 season.
