Career Summary

John Butler is a football coach in the National Football League (NFL) and has been the defensive pass game coordinator/defensive backs coach for the Buffalo Bills since 2023. Before moving into this role on the Bills he held four other positions with the team. His previous position was as the team's defensive passing game coordinator/defensive backs coach for one season. He began his stint with the Bills in 2018 as the secondary coach.
