The Buffalo Bills' twenty-seventh season was in 1986, playing their home games at Rich Stadium. During the offseason they hired Hank Bullough to lead the team. Bullough previously was the interim head coach/assistant head coach/defensive coordinator of the Buffalo Bills and had twelve years of coaching experience in the NFL.
