2011 was the sixteenth season for the Baltimore Ravens and the third season for John Harbaugh as the head coach of the Ravens. They finished the season 12-4-0 in the regular season and 1-1 in the playoffs eventually losing to the New England Patriots 23-20. At the end of the season Matt Birk earned Walter Payton Man of the Year and Terrell Suggs earned AP Defensive Player of the Year.
