Matt Eberflus is a football coach in the National Football League (NFL) and has been the head coach for the Chicago Bears since 2022. Prior to this season, he coached for the Cleveland Browns, Dallas Cowboys, and Indianapolis Colts for thirteen seasons. His most recent position was with the Colts as their defensive coordinator. He was the head coach of the Bears for the 2022 season. The Bears went 3-9-0 in this lone season as a head coach. During his career he was a head coach for one season.

Career Awards

During the 2018 season as the defensive coordinator of the Indianapolis Colts he coached Darius Leonard to the AP Defensive Rookie of the Year.
