Career Summary

Ben Kotwica is a football coach in the National Football League (NFL) and has been the senior assistant special teams coach for the Baltimore Ravens since 2026. Prior to this season, he coached for the New York Jets, Washington Redskins, Atlanta Falcons, Minnesota Vikings, Denver Broncos, and Los Angeles Rams for eighteen seasons. His most recent position was with the Rams as their assistant special teams coach/interim special teams coordinator. Kotwica will be the senior assistant special teams coach of the Baltimore Ravens for the 2026 season.
