Career Summary
Jim Leonard is a football coach in the National Football League (NFL) and has been the defensive coordinator for the Buffalo Bills since 2026. Prior to this season, he coached for the Pittsburgh Steelers and Denver Broncos for three seasons. His most recent position was with the Broncos as their defensive pass game coordinator.
