Career Summary

Tem Lukabu is a football coach in the National Football League (NFL) and has been the linebackers coach for the Jacksonville Jaguars since 2025. Prior to this season, he coached for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, San Francisco 49ers, Cincinnati Bengals, and Carolina Panthers for seven seasons. His most recent position was with the Panthers as their outside linebackers coach. Lukabu was hired as the new linebackers coach of the Jacksonville Jaguars for the 2025 season.
