Career Summary

Frank Cignetti, Jr. is a football coach in the National Football League (NFL) and has been the senior offensive assistant coach for the Pittsburgh Steelers since 2026. Prior to this season, he coached for the Kansas City Chiefs, New Orleans Saints, San Francisco 49ers, St. Louis Rams, New York Giants, and Green Bay Packers for eleven seasons. His most recent position was with the Packers as their quarterbacks coach.

During the 2015 season as the offensive coordinator of the St. Louis Rams he coached Todd Gurley to the AP Offensive Rookie of the Year.
