Career Summary

Shea Tierney is a football coach in the National Football League (NFL) and has been the quarterbacks coach for the Tennessee Titans since 2026. Prior to this season, he coached for the Philadelphia Eagles, Buffalo Bills, and New York Giants for eleven seasons. His most recent position was with the Giants as their offensive passing game coordinator/quarterbacks coach. Tierney will be the quarterbacks coach of the Tennessee Titans for the 2026 season.
