1995 was the thirty-sixth season for the Dallas Cowboys and the first season for Barry Switzer as the head coach of the Cowboys. They finished the season 12-4-0 in the regular season and 3-0 in the playoffs eventually winning the NFL championship against the Pittsburgh Steelers 27-17 for the team's fifth championship. At the end of the season Larry Brown was awarded with the Super Bowl Most Valuable Player award.
