The Cleveland Rams' tenth season was in 1945, playing their home games at League Park. During the offseason they hired Adam Walsh to lead the team. Walsh had never previously coached in the NFL in any capacity before the 1945 season. They finished the regular season 9-1-0 and continued to the postseason. They faced the Washington Redskins and won 15-14, clinching the NFL championship for the 1945 season.
