Career Summary
Taylor Embree is a football coach in the National Football League (NFL) and has been the offensive assistant coach for the Houston Texans since 2026. Prior to this season, he coached for the Kansas City Chiefs, San Francisco 49ers, New York Jets, and New England Patriots for eight seasons. His most recent position was with the Patriots as their running backs coach. Embree will be the offensive assistant coach of the Houston Texans for the 2026 season.
Embree was born on Monday, October 3, 1988 in Denver, Colorado. Taylor is the son of NFL coach Jon Embree. He has one brother (NFL coach Connor Embree) and one sister (Hannah). He and his wife Kristina have two children, one son (Grayson) and one daughter (Peri).
