Career Summary

ElizaBeth Harrison is a football coach in the National Football League (NFL) and has been the assistant to the head coach for the Jacksonville Jaguars since 2021. Before moving into this role on the Jaguars she held four other positions with the team. Her previous position was as the team's assistant to the head coach/administrator of coaching operations for four seasons. She began her stint with the Jaguars in 2014 as the assistant to the head coach/administrator of coaching operations. Harrison was hired as the new assistant to the head coach of the Jacksonville Jaguars for the 2025 season.
