Career Summary

Jim Bob Cooter is a football coach in the National Football League (NFL) and has been the offensive coordinator for the Indianapolis Colts since 2023. Prior to this season, he coached for the Indianapolis Colts, Kansas City Chiefs, Denver Broncos, Detroit Lions, New York Jets, and Jacksonville Jaguars for thirteen seasons. His most recent position was with the Jaguars as their passing game coordinator. Cooter will be the new offensive coordinator for the Colts in 2023.
