Dylan Roney is a football coach in the National Football League (NFL) and has been the outside linebackers coach for the Los Angeles Chargers since 2025. Prior to this role, he started with the Chargers as the team's defensive assistant coach in 2024. Roney will be the outside linebackers coach of the Los Angeles Chargers for the 2026 season.
