Career Summary

Madison McDoulett is a football coach in the National Football League (NFL) and has been the manager of coaching administration/manager of coaching administration and family services for the Atlanta Falcons since 2026. Before moving into this role on the Falcons she held three other positions with the team. Her previous position was as the team's coordinator of coaching operations for three seasons.
