Career Summary

Omar Young is a football coach in the National Football League (NFL) and has been the running backs coach for the Las Vegas Raiders since 2026. Prior to this season, he coached for the Cleveland Browns, Green Bay Packers, Chicago Bears, and New England Patriots for six seasons. His most recent position was with the Patriots as their offensive assistant coach. Young will be the running backs coach of the Las Vegas Raiders for the 2026 season.
