Career Summary

Jill Costanza is a football coach in the National Football League (NFL) and has been the director of sports science/assistant strength and conditioning coach for the Detroit Lions since 2026. Prior to this role, she started with the Lions as the team's director of sports science in 2021. Costanza will be the assistant strength & conditioning coach and director of sports science of the Detroit Lions for the 2026 season.
