Ryan Cordell is a football coach in the National Football League (NFL) and has been the tight ends coach/game management coordinator for the Minnesota Vikings since 2026. Prior to this role, he started with the Vikings as the team's offensive passing game specialist/game management coordinator in 2022. Cordell will be the game management coordinator and tight ends coach of the Minnesota Vikings for the 2026 season.
