Thomas Brown is a football coach in the National Football League (NFL) and has been the offensive passing game coordinator/tight ends coach for the New England Patriots since 2025. Prior to this season, he coached for the Los Angeles Rams, Carolina Panthers, and Chicago Bears for five seasons. His most recent position was with the Bears as their interim head coach/interim offensive coordinator/offensive passing game coordinator. Brown was hired as the new tight ends coach and passing game coordinator of the New England Patriots for the 2025 season.
