Career Summary

Thomas Brown is a football coach in the National Football League (NFL) and has been the interim head coach/interim offensive coordinator/offensive passing game coordinator for the Chicago Bears since 2024. Prior to this season, he coached for the Los Angeles Rams and Carolina Panthers for four seasons. His most recent position was with the Panthers as their offensive coordinator. Brown was hired as the new tight ends coach and passing game coordinator of the New England Patriots for the 2025 season.
