Career Summary

Grant Udinski is a football coach in the National Football League (NFL) and has been the assistant offensive coordinator/assistant quarterbacks coach for the Minnesota Vikings since 2024. Before moving into this role on the Vikings he held three other positions with the team. His previous position was as the team's assistant quarterbacks coach/chief of special projects for one season. He began his stint with the Vikings in 2022 as the special projects/assistant to the head coach.
