Career Summary

Grant Udinski is a football coach in the National Football League (NFL) and has been the offensive coordinator for the Jacksonville Jaguars since 2025. Prior to this season, he coached for the Carolina Panthers and Minnesota Vikings for five seasons. His most recent position was with the Vikings as their assistant offensive coordinator/assistant quarterbacks coach. Udinski was hired as the new offensive coordinator of the Jacksonville Jaguars for the 2025 season.
