Biography
Career Summary
Seth Ryan is a football coach in the National Football League (NFL) and has been the offensive passing game coordinator for the New York Jets since 2026. Prior to this season, he coached for the Los Angeles Chargers and Detroit Lions for nine seasons. His most recent position was with the Lions as their assistant tight ends coach. Ryan will be the pass game coordinator of the New York Jets for the 2026 season.
Personal Information
Ryan is the third generation of Ryan's to coach in the NFL. His grandfather, Buddy Ryan, was an NFL head coach credited with inventing the 46 Defense.
