Biography

Aldo Donelli was a football coach in the National Football League (NFL) from 1941 until 1944, finishing his career with the Cleveland Rams as their head coach. Over his two years of coaching his teams compiled a cumulative record of 5-15-1. During his career he was a head coach for two seasons. His first head coaching opportunity came with the Pittsburgh Steelers. He led the team for one season, compiling a record of 1-9-1. His next head coaching stint came with the Cleveland Rams. He coached the Rams for the 1944 season, leading the team to a 4-6-0 record.
