Biography

J.D. Roberts was a football coach in the National Football League (NFL) from 1970 until 1972, finishing his career with the New Orleans Saints as their head coach. Over his three years of coaching his teams compiled a cumulative record of 8-30-4. During his career he was the head coach of the New Orleans Saints from 1971 until the 1972 season. The Saints went 6-19-3 during their two seasons with Roberts as head coach.
