Career Summary

Tom Donatell is a football coach in the National Football League (NFL) and has been the passing game coordinator/secondary coach for the Los Angeles Chargers since 2023. Prior to this role, he started with the Chargers as the team's assistant secondary coach in 2021. Donatell will be the new passing game coordinator and secondary coach for the Chargers in 2023.
