Career Summary

Justin Outten is a football coach in the National Football League (NFL) and has been the offensive run game coordinator/running backs coach for the Tennessee Titans since 2023. Prior to this season, he coached for the Atlanta Falcons, Green Bay Packers, and Denver Broncos for seven seasons. His most recent position was with the Broncos as their offensive coordinator. Outten will be the new tight ends coach for the Tennessee Titans for the 2024 season.
