Sean Desai is a football coach in the National Football League (NFL) and has been the senior defensive assistant coach for the Cincinnati Bengals since 2025. Prior to this season, he coached for the Chicago Bears, Seattle Seahawks, Philadelphia Eagles, and Los Angeles Rams for twelve seasons. His most recent position was with the Rams as their senior defensive assistant coach. Desai will be the senior defensive assistant coach of the Cincinnatti Bengals for the 2025 season.
