Biography
George Gibson was a football coach in the National Football League (NFL) from 1930 until 1930, finishing his career with the Minneapolis Red Jackets as their head coach. Over his two years of coaching his teams compiled a cumulative record of 5-19-1. During his career he was a head coach for two seasons. His first head coaching opportunity came with the Frankford Yellow Jackets. He led the team for one season, compiling a record of 4-12-0. His next head coaching stint came with the Minneapolis Red Jackets. He coached the Jackets for the 1930 season, leading the team to a 1-7-1 record.
