Career Summary

Jessica Beckenstein is a football coach in the National Football League (NFL) and has been the head coach assistant and coaching operations manager for the Carolina Panthers since 2025. Before moving into this role on the Panthers he held three other positions with the team. His previous position was as the team's coaching operations manager/head coach assistant for one season. He began his stint with the Panthers in 2022 as the head coach support and operations manager. Beckenstein will be the head coach assistant and coaching operations manager of the Carolina Panthers for the 2026 season.
