Emlen Tunnell was a football coach in the National Football League (NFL) from 1963 to 1974, finishing his career as the defensive backs coach of the New York Giants. Over his twelve years of coaching his teams compiled a cumulative win/loss record of 66-98-4.

Tunnell was enshrined in the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1967 after his playing career.
