Biography

Jack Forsyth was a football coach in the National Football League (NFL) from 1920 until 1921, finishing his career with the Rochester Jeffersons as their head coach. Over his two years of coaching his teams compiled a cumulative record of 8-6-2. During his career he was the head coach of the Rochester Jeffersons from 1920 until the 1921 season. The Jeffersons went 8-6-2 during their two seasons with Forsyth as head coach.
