Jack Forsyth was a football coach in the National Football League (NFL) from 1920 to 1921, finishing his career as the head coach of the Rochester Jeffersons. Over his two years of coaching his teams compiled a cumulative win/loss record of 8-6-2. He was the head coach of the Rochester Jeffersons from 1920 until the 1921 season, during which time the Jeffersons went 8-6-2. During his career he was a head coach for two seasons.
Forsyth was born on Wednesday, May 4, 1892 in Rochester, New York. He died on Monday, December 19, 1966 at the age of 74.
