Career Summary

Rodain Delus is a football coach in the National Football League (NFL) and has been the assistant strength and conditioning coach for the Pittsburgh Steelers since 2023. Before moving into this role on the Steelers he held three other positions with the team. His previous position was as the team's strength and conditioning assistant coach for two seasons. He began his stint with the Steelers in 2018 as the strength and conditioning intern.
