Career Summary

Ronell Williams is a football coach in the National Football League (NFL) and has been the linebackers coach for the Las Vegas Raiders since 2026. Prior to this season, he coached for the Chicago Bears and Philadelphia Eagles for eight seasons. His most recent position was with the Eagles as their assistant linebackers coach/defensive quality control coach. Williams will be the linebackers coach of the Las Vegas Raiders for the 2026 season.
