Career Summary

Brian Duker is a football coach in the National Football League (NFL) and has been the defensive coordinator for the New York Jets since 2026. Prior to this season, he coached for the Cleveland Browns, San Francisco 49ers, Baltimore Ravens, Detroit Lions, and Miami Dolphins for ten seasons. His most recent position was with the Dolphins as their defensive pass game coordinator/secondary coach. Duker will be the defensive coordinator of the New York Jets for the 2026 season.
