Tanzel Smart is a football coach in the National Football League (NFL) and has been the assistant defensive line coach for the Tennessee Titans since 2026. Before this season he began his NFL coaching career with the Dallas Cowboys as their defensive assistant coach/defensive quality control coach in 2025. Smart will be the assistant defensive line coach of the Tennessee Titans for the 2026 season.
