Career Summary

Roosevelt Williams is a football coach in the National Football League (NFL) and has been the defensive assistant coach for the New York Jets since 2025. Prior to this season, he coached for the San Diego Chargers, Indianapolis Colts, and Chicago Bears for four seasons. His most recent position was with the Bears as their bill walsh diversity coaching fellowship. Williams was hired as the new defensive assistant coach of the New York Jets for the 2025 season.
