Career Summary

John Shaw is a football coach in the National Football League (NFL) and has been the assistant coach for sports performance and speed training for the Tennessee Titans since 2026. Before moving into this role on the Titans he held three other positions with the team. His previous position was as the team's sports performance and speed training assistant coach for one season. He began his stint with the Titans in 2024 as the assistant strength and conditioning coach/sports performance and speed training assistant coach. Shaw will be the assistant coach for sports performance and speed training of the Tennessee Titans for the 2026 season.
