Career Summary

Neiko Thorpe is a football coach in the National Football League (NFL) and has been the defensive assistant coach for the Seattle Seahawks since 2026. Before moving into this role on the Seahawks he held four other positions with the team. His previous position was as the team's defensive assistant coach/special teams coach for one season. He began his stint with the Seahawks in 2022 as the coaching intern. Thorpe will be the defensive assistant coach of the Seattle Seahawks for the 2026 season.
