Career Summary

Darian Thompson is a football coach in the National Football League (NFL) and has been the secondary coach/nickels coach for the Dallas Cowboys since 2025. Before moving into this role on the Cowboys he held three other positions with the team. His previous position was as the team's assistant linebackers coach/quality control coach for one season. He began his stint with the Cowboys in 2023 as the assistant linebackers coach.
