Career Summary
Kyle Shurmur is a football coach in the National Football League (NFL) and has been the assistant quarterbacks coach for the Buffalo Bills since 2026. Before moving into this role on the Bills he held three other positions with the team. His previous position was as the team's offensive quality control coach for three seasons. He began his stint with the Bills in 2022 as the defensive quality control coach. Shurmur will be the assistant quarterbacks coach of the Buffalo Bills for the 2026 season.
