Career Summary

Steve Oliver is a football coach in the National Football League (NFL) and has been the tight ends coach for the Detroit Lions since 2026. Before moving into this role on the Lions he held three other positions with the team. His previous position was as the team's assistant offensive line coach for three seasons. He began his stint with the Lions in 2021 as the offensive quality control coach. Oliver will be the tight ends coach of the Detroit Lions for the 2026 season.
