Biography

Career Summary

Alex Tanney is a football coach in the National Football League (NFL) and has been the quarterbacks coach for the Philadelphia Eagles since 2023. Before moving into this role on the Eagles he held three other positions with the team. His previous position was as the team's assistant quarterbacks coach/offensive assistant coach for one season. He began his stint with the Eagles in 2021 as the offensive quality control coach. Tanney will be the new quarterbacks coach for the Eagles in 2023.
