Career Summary

Nathaniel Willingham is a football coach in the National Football League (NFL) and has been the defensive backs coach/nickels coach for the New York Jets since 2024. Prior to this role, he started with the Jets as the team's defensive assistant coach in 2022. Willingham was hired as the new assistant linebackers coach of the New York Jets for the 2025 season.
