Career Summary

Nathaniel Willingham is a football coach in the National Football League (NFL) and has been the assistant linebackers coach for the New York Jets since 2025. Before moving into this role on the Jets he held three other positions with the team. His previous position was as the team's defensive backs coach/nickels coach for one season. He began his stint with the Jets in 2022 as the defensive assistant coach. Willingham was hired as the new assistant linebackers coach of the New York Jets for the 2025 season.
