Deland McCullough is a football coach in the National Football League (NFL) and has been the running backs coach for the Las Vegas Raiders since 2025. Prior to this season, he coached for the Kansas City Chiefs for three seasons. His most recent position was with the Chiefs as their running backs coach. McCullough was hired as the new running backs coach of the Las Vegas Raiders for the 2025 season.
