Career Summary

Steve Shimko is a football coach in the National Football League (NFL) and has been the quarterbacks coach for the Dallas Cowboys since 2025. Prior to this role, he started with the Cowboys as the team's offensive assistant coach/quality control coach in 2024. Shimko will be the quarterbacks coach of the Dallas Cowboys for the 2026 season.
