Career Summary

Derrick Ansley is a football coach in the National Football League (NFL) and has been the defensive pass game coordinator/defensive backs coach for the Dallas Cowboys since 2026. Prior to this season, he coached for the Oakland Raiders, Los Angeles Chargers, and Green Bay Packers for six seasons. His most recent position was with the Packers as their defensive passing game coordinator.
